Men’s Exercise meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the Ballroom. Join us for some great stretching routines.

Exercise Ball Class is held every Monday & Wednesday in the Ballroom. This is a low impact class. If you cannot do cardio, you will like this program. Bring your ball, mat and weights.

Everyone is welcome to join the Ladies Aerobics in the ballroom on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Mondays and Fridays we do an aerobic DVD using hand weights. On Wednesday, we do a walking in place DVD. Both are great exercise. We each work at our own pace in regard to our specific aches and pains. The mats are supplied, bring your own hand weights and a stretchy band or hand towel for stretching at the end of class.
