Electricity, water, sewer, garbage disposal, cleaning fee paid by owner.
Cable TV and internet are on renter’s costs. The COX Cable is connected to the house but not activate. Renter can make a easy phone call to activate.
There will be $25 Secure Access processing fee cost to renter – one time not refundable renter needs to send to community office, together with owner signed Notification of Occupation form 15 days before arriving date. Late fee of $15 might be collected.
The HotTub in this unit is not working. Please use the ones community provides in the center areas.
All tenants must follow the Community Rules and Regulations Violations not corrected timely will cause fine to owner then renter.
