You are seeing this message because when you created the ad you selected “Yes. Protect this content” at the bottom of the page. This option protects the content so that only you and other registered/logged-in members can see it. Of course you want everyone to see your ad so you need to edit the ad, scroll to the bottom and select “No, Do not protect this content”.  And then click the “Update” button.
