Happy Trails Resort is a community of 55+ residents from all walks of life. Residents enjoy the Surprise, AZ, area, and the amenities of our Resort. We have many clubs representing a variety of interests such as Stitchery, Saw Mill, Pickleball, Tennis and Quilting. Many Resort-wide activities are open to the public, such as Vendors Day on the first Friday of every month, and performances in our Ballroom/Performing Arts Center. The Chuckwagon is our full service on-site restaurant, and is also open to the public.

Happy Trails surrounds Great Eagle Golf Club, an 18-hole par 72 public course. The Resort is located near the new Surprise Recreation Center, home of Cactus League spring training for the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals.

To see our beautiful Resort, you can arrange a Stage Coach Tour.You will see our Facilities, visit with Clubs in their dedicated work spaces, and meet some of our great residents. You can also get a glimpse of Happy Trails by contacting any of the many Real Estate offices in the area.
