House Rental: At least one resident must be 55 years old; the second must be a minimum of 40 years of age. Security deposit needed.

Security Deposit: The deposit is based on the length of the rental agreement and is non-refundable for any stay that is less than three (3) months.

Additional Notes:

1. Check-in at 4pm, Check-out by 10am.

2. To secure your dates, we ask you to complete a Rental Agreement (email Teala).

If the dates requested are less than 60 days from arrival date, the security deposit is due in full; from date the rental agreement is signed by both parties.

If the dates requested are more than 60 days from arrival date, half the security deposit is due; from date the rental agreement is signed by both parties. The second half of the security deposit is due 60 days from to the arrival date.

No refund if cancelation is less than 30-days from date of arrival.
