Brand new remodeled outdoor kitchen, and a great open sitting area with polycarbonate walls so nothing will obstruct your view but will block the wind/rain so you can still be outside. This is a great entertaining lot. I’m a few blocks away from NC 2, so you can hot tub it, take a swim and take a nice stroll back home. My neighbors are friendly, and they love happy hour!
