Notes:
1) This property has a driveway large enough to accommodate a 24-45ft RV, the golf cart, and an additional vehicle (or two). To clarify, we rent the house and the RV space separately. Arranged as follows: Two Tenants in the house with No Tenants in the RV (renting the parking space only).
2) Check-in at 4pm, Check-out by 10am.
3) To secure your dates, we ask you to complete a Rental Agreement (email Teala).
If the dates requested are less than 60 days from arrival date, the security deposit is due in full; from date the rental agreement is signed by both parties.
If the dates requested are more than 60 days from arrival date, half the security deposit is due; from date the rental agreement is signed by both parties. The second half of the security deposit is due 60 days from to the arrival date.
No refund if cancelation is less than 30-days from date of arrival.
